Sometimes in prayer I hear a quiet rushing to fill the emptiness.
Other times I cannot still the chatter.
You rest somewhere in between and when I don’t see I am hungry—feed the void.
Endless distractions… noise, people, ideas to starve the emptiness and satisfy the soul.
Holiness is not a matter of place. We simply have to be where we are with a different state of mind.
Question of the day: How do you cope with emptiness?
